RAMALLAH, Monday, May 03, 2021 (WAFA) - Weather today is dry and relatively hot to very hot with a rise in temperature, to become 4°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are northwesterly, light to moderate during the day, and occasionally active at night. Sea waves are low.

A further rise in temperature is expected on Tuesday, approaching 5°C above the seasonal average. Abundantly dry and hot conditions are likely to prevail.

Similar weather conditions are expected for Wednesday, and no change in temperature is expected.

Temperature is anticipated to slightly drop on Thursday, yet remaining 3°C above the seasonal average. Weather conditions remain dry and relatively hot to very hot.

The PMD warned people against direct exposure to sunlight, particularly from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and against setting fire to dry grassy areas.
