RAMALLAH, Monday, December 07, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather in Palestine today is partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold in mountainous areas with a rise in temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are southeasterly, light to moderate, occasionally active, while sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 11°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 16°C and a low of 10°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 14°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Another slight rise in temperature is expected, tomorrow, Tuesday, with a chance of scattered rain and occasional thunderstorms expected in some areas, said the PMD.

Nonetheless, temperature is expected to drop on Wednesday, with a little chance of scattered rain showers in some areas.

Temperature is expected to rise on Thursday with partly cloudy to clear skies and relatively cold conditions.
