RAMALLAH, Saturday, November 28, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold to cold, particularly in mountains, with a rise in temperature but remains 3°C below the seasonal average. Rain and thunderstorms are also expected in most areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are southwesterly to southeasterly, moderate to active, and sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 16°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 15°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A further slight rise in temperature is expected tomorrow, Sunday, but remains below the seasonal average by 2°C.
No change in temperature or weather conditions is expected on Monday.
However, a slight drop in temperature is expected on Tuesday with a low chance of scattered rain in some areas, said the PMD, which warned people against floods in low areas and valleys, high winds, slippery roads, and low horizontal visibility.
