Weather forecast: Partially cloudy skies, Rise in temperature

RAMALLAH, Tuesday, November 17, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold, particularly in the early morning hours, and mild in other districts in daytime, with a rise in temperature, which remains a bit below the average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather tonight is slightly to relatively cold. Moderate to active easterly to northeasterly wind blows with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 14°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 17°C and a low of 13°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 21°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Wednesday’s temperature is set to further rise and become a bit higher than the seasonal average, paving the way to partially cloudy to clear and mild in mountainous districts and relatively warm in other districts in daytime. Relatively cold conditions are expected in nighttime.

The same weather conditions are expected for Thursday.

Friday’s temperature is set to plummet and approach 2°C below the seasonal average, paving the way to partially cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and occasional thunderstorms.
