RAMALLAH, Sunday, November 8, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to cloudy and moderate in daytime and cold in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts, with a slight rise in temperature and with a chance of scattered rain and thunderstorms especially during the evening and night hours, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Light to moderate southeasterly to easterly winds are expected in daytime, and become northwesterly in nighttime. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 20°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 20°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 18°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature remains steady on Monday, with partially cloudy to clear and mild conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime. Sporadic rainfall and occasional thunderstorms are still expected.

Similar weather conditions are likely on Tuesday.

Weather on Wednesday is expected to be partly cloudy with a chance of sporadic rain in some areas.

PMD warns people against low horizontal visibility and the danger of slippery roads.
