RAMALLAH, Thursday, October 29, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partly cloudy with high-level clouds and relatively hot in mountainous districts and hot in other districts in daytime with unseasonably high temperature, which remains 3°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather is mild in mountainous districts and relatively hot in other districts in nighttime. Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly wind blows, with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 36°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Friday’s temperature is set to be steady with relatively hot to hot conditions in daytime and slightly cold to mild conditions in nighttime.

Saturday’s weather is partly cloudy and mild in mountainous districts and relatively hot in other districts in daytime with a drop in temperature. Mild to slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime.

An additional significant drop in temperature is expected on Sunday, paving the way to partly cloudy conditions and a slight chance of sporadic light rain.
