RAMALLAH, Monday, October 26, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is relatively hot in mountainous districts and hot in other districts in daytime with a rise in temperature which approaches 4°C above the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Weather tonight is partly cloudy to clear and mild, particularly in mountainous districts. Light to moderate southeasterly to southwesterly wind blows with occasional gusts, and becomes northwesterly to northeasterly in nighttime. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Tuesday’s temperature is set to slightly rise and approach 5°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to relatively hot to hot conditions in various districts in daytime and mild conditions in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
Wednesday’s temperature is set to drop, yet it remains unseasonably high, with relatively hot to hot conditions in daytime and mild to slightly cold conditions in the morning and night hours.
The same weather conditions are expected for Thursday.
