RAMALLAH, Sunday, October 25, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and dusty in all areas of Palestine with a noticeable drop in temperature, which remains slightly above the seasonal average, and with a chance of scattered showers and possibly thunderstorms in some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are northeasterly to southeasterly, light to moderate and occasionally gusty and dusty. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 26°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A rise in temperature is expected for Monday to become 4°C above the seasonal average, with no change in weather conditions expected for Tuesday, said the PMD.
Temperature is expected to significantly drop on Wednesday setting back to its normal seasonal average.
