RAMALLAH, Tuesday, October 20, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today is relatively hot in mountainous districts and hot in other districts in daytime with a slight drop in temperature, which approaches 4°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Relatively cold to mild conditions are expected in nighttime. Light to moderate northwesterly wind blows, with occasional gusts. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 28°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Wednesday’s temperature is set to significantly drop, becoming seasonal, with mild conditions in mountainous districts and relatively hot conditions in other districts in daytime. Slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.

Temperature is set to rise and approach 3°C above the seasonal average on Thursday, paving the way to relatively hot conditions in mountainous districts and hot in other districts.

Friday’s temperature is set to rise and approach 4°C above the seasonal average, with relatively hot conditions in mountainous districts and hot conditions in other districts in daytime. Slightly cold conditions are expected in nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
