RAMALLAH, Monday, October 19, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is hot in all areas with another slight rise in temperature reaching 5°C above the annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are northwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 29°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature is expected to slightly drop tomorrow, Tuesday, to reach 4°C above the seasonal average.

Autumn conditions are expected to prevail on Wednesday in most areas. Temperature is expected to significantly drop, becoming around its annual average.

Temperature is expected to rise again on Thursday approaching 3°C above the annual average as the weather becomes relatively hot in mountainous areas and hot in other areas.
