RAMALLAH, Thursday, September 24, 2020 (WAFA) – Weather today in Palestine is partly cloudy and mild in mountainous districts during the day and relatively hot in other districts with a further drop in temperature which below the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Cold conditions prevail in the evening in the mountainous areas.

Wind is light to moderate and northwesterly. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 26°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

No change in weather conditions or temperature, which remains 2°C below the season’s average, is expected for Friday and Saturday.

However, a rise in temperature is expected on Sunday to become around the average, said the PMD.
