RAMALLAH, September 23, 2012 (WAFA) – The three Palestinian Arabic dailies Sunday highlighted the Palestinian Authority’s report to the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee (AHLC) held in New York on Sunday, in which it stated that the political, economic and financial conditions are unsustainable.
The report is also expected to present a plan that aims to maintain the two-state solution through concentrating on development projects in C Areas.
Al-Quds daily main headline read: “Establishment of a livable state remains impossible without ending occupation.”
Al-Ayyam reported on President Mahmoud Abbas leaving to New York and Presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh stating, “Our message is clear; peace requires the establishment of an independent Palestinian state immediately.”
Al-Quds featured US President Barak Obama’s rejection of anti-Islam movie and condemnation of violence against innocents in a letter to Egyptian President Muhamed Morsi.
Al-Ayyam and al-Hayat al-Jadida printed photos of Muslims protesting against the movie insulting prophet Muhammad in Jerusalem and cartoons in Paris.
