PEX Report: Al-Quds Index Opens Week’s Trading Up

NABLUS, August 5, 2012 (WAFA) – The Al-Quds Index of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) Sunday closed trading at 440.06 points, an increase by 0.64 points (0.15%), compared to the last trading session, according to the PEX daily report.

A total of 313,684 shares were traded for a value of $357,039.13 executed during 149 transactions.

Shares of 20 companies were traded. Share price increased in nine companies and decreased in five others.

Top gainers: JCC by (3.85%), LADAEN by (3.33%), ARAB by (2.86%), WATANIYA by (2.68%), and UCI by (1.64%).

Top decliners: GCOM by (-3.33%), AMB by (-2.44%), GMC by (-1.28%), PADICO by (-1.1%), and PALTEL by (-0.41%).
