RAMALLAH, November 9, 2008 (WAFA)- Fateh Spokesman, Ahmad Abdul Rahman said, Sunday, that, “Hamas decision to boycott the national dialogue in Cairo reflects its irresponsibility towards the Palestinian struggle against the Israeli occupation.”

He added, in a press release that, “such a decision cannot be taken unless there were consequences that prevent Hamas from achieving the Palestinian national reconciliation.”

Abdul Rahman wondered how long Gaza will remain victim of such tragic conditions, affirming that the Palestinian people wants unity, while Hamas is fighting it.

In the meanwhile Hamas militias have intensified their presence at the Gaza  borders, and are forbidding anyone from approaching them, in order to protect the truce signed with Israel.
