JERUSALEM, April 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained two women in the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem on Sunday evening.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stopped the women while they were in the mosque compound before detaining them and taking them to an unknown location.
The Al-Aqsa Mosque compound witnesses frequent incursions by occupation forces and settlers, accompanied by restrictions on worshippers, assaults, and ongoing detentions.
