A Syrian Presidency source said that President Bashar al-Assad is ready to exert efforts to enhance the Palestinian national dialogue and guarantee the return of the Palestinian unity so as to support the Palestinian negotiating stance in which it guarantees the restoration of the legitimate rights, the priority of which is the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital.
President Abbas affirmed earlier that the return of the unity to the Palestinian stance and agreement is based on Hamas to accept the conditions of the international community, adding that we want an agreement with it that does not isolate us from the international community and strengthens siege on the Palestinian community.
