RIYADH, February 10, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas had Saturday several phone calls with Arab leaders in which he updated them with the results of the Mecca Agreement.

He had phone calls with Libyan President Mo'ammar al-Gaddffi, Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, Lebanese President Emale Lahoud and the Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora.

President Abbas also had phone calls with the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Botafliqa and, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
