RAMALLAH, July 10, 2004, (WAFA)- President Yasser Arafat considered on Friday night the decision of the International Court of Justice ICJ on Israeli construction of Apartheid Wall in the West Bank a victory to the Palestinian people in particular and to all free nations in general.... In a press conference in his besieged Headquarter in Ramallah, Arafat said that this decision is a victory to the justice in the holy and peace land.... He also expressed his absolute trust on the International law and on the court in Hague, announcing that the Palestinian National Authority PNA will pursue discussions with its friends in order to continue this matter in the General Assembly....
