RAMALLAH, March 18, 2004, (WAFA) -President Yasser Arafat has received today in his besieged Ramallah headquarters Members of the British House of Lords and House of Commons.... Following the meeting with the British delegation, Arafat told reporters that Sharon speaks about a partial withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.... Arafat added that Sharon would leave his forces on the borderline with Egypt and keep colonies in the northern and eastern parts of Gaza....
