Foreign Ministry confirms 13 coronavirus cases, two fatalities in diaspora

 

RAMALLAH, Monday, July 6, 2020 (WAFA) – The Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ministry Sunday night confirmed 13 new coronavirus cases and two fatalities among Palestinians in the diaspora.

The ministry said that two Palestinians aged 60 and 84, died to the virus and 10 others contracted it in Iraq, raising the total death toll and confirmed cases among Palestinians in the country to four and 40 respectively.

Meanwhile, the ministry recorded the first two coronavirus cases among Palestinians in Colombia.

In Pakistan, another Palestinian tested positive for COVID-19, raising the total cases among Palestinians in this country to two.

According to the latest coronavirus data, the confirmed cases among Palestinians in the diaspora totaled 3,342, including 1,397 recovery cases. The total death toll reached 169.
