Suffocation injuries during clashes with Israeli forces in Hebron

HEBRON, Monday, December 09, 2019 (WAFA) – Dozens of Palestinians today suffocated from teargas inhalation during clashes that erupted with Israeli forces in the area of Bab al-Zawiya, in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, reported WAFA correspondent.

He said that the clashes broke out after dozens went on a march to protest the establishment of a new settlement in the Israel-occupied section of the city. The soldiers showered the protesters with teargas causing the many suffocation cases.

The protests were organized as the city observed a general strike today to protest expanding illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied city.
