JERICHO, July 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Dozens of Israeli colonists, under the protection of occupation forces, raided and vandalized the home of Palestinian resident Suleiman Mousa in the village of Arab al-Mleihat, northwest of Jericho, early Thursday morning.

Hasan Mleihat, General Coordinator of the Al-Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, reported that the colonists smashed doors and windows, and destroyed furniture and personal belongings, while Israeli soldiers stood by and provided full protection to them.

Mleihat said this assault came after weeks of threats and harassment against the family, ultimately driving them to forcibly leave their home to avoid further violence.

He condemned the attack as a blatant violation of international law, particularly Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibits forced displacement of civilians. Mleihat held the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for what he described as a crime of forced expulsion.
