RAMALLAH, March 6, 2018 (WAFA) - Head of the Detainees Affairs Commission Issa Qaraqi Tuesday said since 1967, around 15,000 Palestinian women were arrested by Israel.
He said in a speech delivered on the occasion of the International Women Day, which falls on the 8th of March that 62 Palestinian female detainees, including 8 injured, 10 minors, and 20 married women, are still languishing in Israeli jails.
Three women are held under administrative detention, without charge or trial.
