HEBRON, August 12, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces today demolished an inhabited Palestinian home in Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian resident Hakam al-Zarou told WAFA that Israeli forces used bulldozers to demolish his two-story home in the Farsh al-Hawa area of Hebron. The house, covering approximately 300 square meters, had stood for more than 70 years.
He said he was surprised by the demolition, which was carried out without explanation or prior warning.
The demolition brings to three the number of Palestinian homes demolished by Israeli bulldozers since this morning, following the demolition of a home in Silwan, occupied Jerusalem, and another in the village of Ma'sara, south of Bethlehem.
