JENIN, Monday, March 25, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities Monday prevented families of Palestinian prisoners held inside its jail in the Naqab (Negev) desert prison, in southern Israel, from visiting them.
The father of one of the prisoners, Nabil Abu Obaid, told WAFA Israeli forces stationed at al-Jalama Israeli military checkpoint to the northeast of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, prevented over 10 families from crossing the checkpoint after being detained and interrogated.
Israeli prison guards Sunday evening attacked Palestinian prisoners in the southern Israeli military prison of Naqab, injuring over 25 prisoners, including two critical injuries.
