Twelve Palestinians detained by Israeli army in West Bank

 

RAMALLAH, Sunday, March 24, 2019 (WAFA) – The Israeli army detained 12 Palestinians during multiple raids in the occupied West Bank last night and this morning, said the Palestinian Prisoner Society.

The army detained six people from various towns and villages in the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, one of them 18 years of age and another 36, while the rest were in their 20s.

In addition, four were detained in the Nablus district in the north of the West Bank, including former prisoners.

The army also detained one person from the village of Abu Shkheidem, near Ramallah, and another from Izariyeh, also known as Bethany, a town east of Jerusalem.
