French culinary week in its fifth edition back in Palestine

 

JERUSALEM, Saturday, March 23, 2019 (WAFA) – The annual French Culinary Week is back in Palestine in its fifth edition presenting the best in French food between March 24 and April 7, according to a press release by the French Institute in Jerusalem.

It said the purpose of this program is to strengthen French-Palestinian cooperation in this field.

French and Palestinian chefs and cooks are going to have on display the best in French cuisine such as pastries, chocolate, cheese, wine and crepe for the public to taste in several restaurants, societies and schools in Bethlehem, Gaza, Hebron, Jenin, Jericho, Jerusalem, Nablus, Ramallah and Rawabi.

The launch event and a press conference will take place on Monday at the Green Valley Restaurant in Jericho.
