RAMALLAH, Thursday, March 21, 2019 (WAFA) – Israeli forces today closed off roads and entrances to the village of Deir Nitham, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Safi al-Tamimi, land defense committee coordinator in the village, said that Israeli soldiers closed off the entrances to the village and prevented residents and vehicles from going in or out of the village.
He said that he was informed by the Israeli authorities that the closure happened due to a military order and that there is currently no specific time for the village to be reopened again.
Israeli soldiers installed metal gates on the village entrances two months ago, which they close and open at will.
