SALFIT, December 18, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces raided Sunday night the village of Kifl Haris, north of the city of Salfit in the occupied West Bank, in order to secure a visit for Jewish settlers to the area, according to local sources.
The sources told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the village as Jewish settlers entered it to visit sites that are believed to belong to Thul-Kifl, an Islamic prophet identified with many Hebrew bible prophets.
The army presence affected residents who were restricted in movement until early next morning.
Settlers usually disturb the residents with their celebration and loud noises, said the sources.
