RAMALLAH, November 27, 2017 (WAFA) – At least 16 Palestinians were detained during overnight and early Monday Israeli military raids into various West Bank districts, in addition to five others from the Jerusalem area, said the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
The PPS and Israeli police said four Palestinian minors from the Bethlehem area between the ages of 13 and 15 were detained for allegedly throwing stones and pipe bombs at Israeli cars travelling along Road 60, the main north-south traffic artery in the West Bank.
The army also detained four Palestinians, including two in their mid-20s, from the Ramallah area, five from the Hebron area, two from Jalameh near Jenin in the north of the West Bank, a 20-year-old young man from Tulkarem, and two, including a minor aged 17, from Nablus District.
Meanwhile, five Palestinians, including a youth aged 19, were detained by Israeli police in the Jerusalem area.
