HEBRON, February 29, 2016 (WAFA) - Israeli forces overnight detained 10 Palestinians, including two-year-old toddler, and summoned another during predawn raids into a number of West Bank districts, said security sources and WAFA correspondent.
Three Palestinians were detained from Hebron, two others from Jerusalem, three others from Nablus and two others from Jenin. A Palestinian was summoned from Bethlehem.
In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, forces detained three Palestinians during predawn raids into Hebron city neighborhood of Abu Ktileh and Surif town, northwest of the city.
The detainees were identified as Muhammad al-Qawasmi, Yousef Abu Fara, 25, and Taqy-Iddin al-Hur, 23.
To the north of Hebron, in Bethlehem district, forces summoned a Palestinian from Nahhalin village, west of the city.
Nimr Shakarna, 18, was handed a notice ordering him to appear before intelligence in the Gush Etzion detention and interrogation center.
To the north of Bethlehem, in Jerusalem district, police briefly detained all members of Darwish family after storming and ransacking their house in al-Issawiya town, north of the city.
WAFA correspondent reported that troops stormed the family house of Tareq Darwish, seeking to detain his son, Yousef, 17.
As they inquired about his son, forces physically assaulted Tareq and his wife before proceeding to briefly detain them along their 14-year-old daughter and two-year-old toddler.
During the raid, police detained Yousef, 17, and his brother, Laith, 18.
In the northern West Bank district of Nablus , forces detained three Palestinians from Nablus city and Beit Furik, east of the city.
The detainees were identified as Mujahed al-Qutb, Amir Nasasra and Nasr Hanani.
To the north of Nablus, in Jenin district, forces detained Ahmad Sa‘ayda, 17, during a predawn raid into al-Yamun town.
Furthermore, Ahmad Abul-Rub, who comes from the Jenin town of Qabatiya, was detained by police while he was in the northern Israeli town of al-Batuf.
