RAMALLAH, January 23, 2016 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is cloudy and temperatures are anticipated to significantly drop, ranging between a minimum average of 4 to a maximum average of 10 degrees Celsius, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Showers are expected to develop later in the north, extending to all districts during the day, with occasional thunderstorms. Wind is southwesterly to westerly, and active to gusty. Sea waves are medium to high.
Temperatures are anticipated to further significantly drop on Sunday with cloudy, chilly and breezy skies. Heavy rains are expected to fall with occasional hail followed by snowfall over areas at +900 meters altitude above sea level.
Temperatures are expected to further drop on Monday with cloudy, chilly and gusty skies. Periods of heavy rain and hail are expected to fall with occasional thunderstorms followed by snowfall over areas at an altitude of +800 meters above sea level.
Cloudy and chilly skies are expected to prevail on Tuesday and periods of heavy rain and hail are expected to fall with thunderstorms. Snowfall over areas at an altitude of +700 meters above sea level is also expected.
