GAZA, December 17, 2015 (WAFA) –
Israeli army forces Thursday shot an unidentified Palestinian man in al-Breij
refugee camp, central Gaza Strip.
Witnesses told WAFA Israeli soldiers
stationed in military towers on the borders of the Gaza Strip opened fire
towards a group of Palestinians, injuring a Palestinian man with a bullet in his right leg.
The injured man, who remains
unidentified until the moment, was transferred to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital for
medical treatment and his health condition was described as stable.
Since the onset of unrest and
ongoing clashes between Palestinians and the Israeli army and forces in the West
Bank including Jerusalem, Gaza and Israel, over 13,000 Palestinians have been injured.
