STOCKHOLM, May 30, 2026 (WAFA) – Dozens of demonstrators gathered in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, on Saturday to protest the continued Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.

The protesters assembled in Odenplan Square following a call by civil society organizations, expressing their opposition to the ongoing Israeli airstrikes on Gaza and Lebanon despite ceasefire agreements.

Participants carried banners reading: “Civilians are being killed in Gaza,” “Schools and hospitals are being bombed,” “Stop the attacks on Lebanon,” “End food shortages,” and “We do not want war.”

The demonstrators called for an end to the "genocide" in Gaza and a halt to Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon.
