VANCOUVER (CANADA), April 29, 2026 (WAFA) – The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President, Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, renewed on Wednesday the support of the Asian football family for the Palestinian Football Association (PFA).
Speaking at the 36th AFC Congress in Vancouver, Canada, AFC president Al Khalifa affirmed the PFA’s inherent right to organize matches on the Palestinian Territory without any obstacles.
“We must never forget the right for the Palestine FA to organise their own matches. You have our support…” he said.
