PARIS, February 2, 2026 (WAFA) — French authorities have issued arrest warrants for two French-Israeli activists on charges of complicity in genocide related to the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.
The French newspaper Le Monde reported on Monday that right-wing activists Nili Kupfer-Naouri and Rachel T., both of whom also hold French citizenship, are accused of obstructing the entry of humanitarian aid into the besieged Gaza Strip.
Kupfer-Naouri is a French-Israeli lawyer and the founder and president of the charity Israel Is Forever, which describes its mission as the mobilization of French-speaking Zionist forces. Rachel T. serves as a spokesperson for the collective Tsav 9. Both are alleged to have played roles in blocking humanitarian assistance.
According to Arab 48 website, Kupfer-Naouri confirmed the warrants, stating that the risk she faces is being unable to enter France, adding that she has no intention of entering French prisons. She also said that other members of Tsav 9 are under investigation in France.
Israeli media reports said that pro-Palestinian organizations are participating in the legal case against the two activists, including the Palestinian human rights organization Al-Haq, which Israeli occupation authorities have previously designated as a “terrorist organization.”
