NEW YORK, December 1, 2025 (WAFA) –  Hundreds of protesters gathered in Columbus Circle in Manhattan, New York City, to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Waving Palestinian flags and holding signs demanding an end to the Israeli bombardment of Gaza and an immediate US arms embargo on Israel, the protesters argued that the continued flow of weapons fuels an ongoing genocide.

They also called for divestment from companies involved in the war against the Palestinians and a halt to financial and military aid to Israel, in an effort to pressure the US government to protect civilians in Gaza.
