BEIRUT, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A Lebanese citizen was killed this Wednesday morning when Israeli occupation aircraft bombed a vehicle in the city of Sidon, southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that "an enemy Israeli drone targeted a rapid car at dawn in the villa area near the Imam Ali Mosque in Sidon."
It added that it resulted in the killing of one person.
On October 8, 2023, Israeli aircraft launched an attack on Lebanon, which escalated into a full-scale war on September 23, 2024, resulting in more than 4,000 killings, approximately 17,000 injuries, and the displacement of approximately 1.4 million people.
