RAMALLAH, January 16, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Thursday demolished an agricultural room and closed a landfill in the town of Shuqba, west of Ramallah.
Local sources said that several military vehicles accompanied by a bulldozer raided the eastern area of the town, demolished an agricultural room, and closed a landfill.
The report of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission monitored that the occupation authorities carried out a total of 684 demolition operations during 2024, during which they demolished 903 facilities in the West Bank, including the city of Jerusalem, as the demolition operations were concentrated in the Jerusalem governorates with 190 demolition operations, then the Hebron governorate with 172 demolition operations, and the Bethlehem governorate with 68 demolition operations.
