TUBAS, September 1, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday began demolishing residential and livestock structures belonging to two families in the al-Ras al-Ahmar area, southeast of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, according to a local official.
Mua'taz Basharat, a local official in charge of the settlement portfolio, said Israeli forces began demolishing the structures belonging to two families living in the area.
The demolitions come amid continued Israeli measures targeting Palestinian communities in the northern Jordan Valley. On August 27, Israeli forces filled in three privately owned water wells in al-Ras al-Ahmar, damaged their equipment, destroyed a 300-meter water pipeline, and demolished three livestock shelters covering more than 300 square meters.
