GAZA, January 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Last night and today's morning, 13 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in Israeli occupation forces' shelling of Gaza City and Nuseirat Camp.
WAFA correspondent reported that seven citizens were killed and others were injured with varying degrees of injury after the occupation forces shelled Al-Farabi School, which houses displaced people in the Yarmouk area of Gaza City.
He added that six people were killed and seven others were injured, including the head of the nursing department at Al-Awda Hospital, when the occupation forces shelled a house in the Camp 2 area, south of Nuseirat, in the central Gaza Strip.
Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023 has risen to 46,645 reported fatalities, with an additional 110,012 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.
According to the same sources, emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulance and civil defense crews.
