HEBRON, December, 16, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished on Monday a Palestinian house under construction and more than 40 shops and commercial structures in the town of Ramadin, south of Hebron.
The director of the Ramadin municipality, Anis Al-Zagharneh, said that the occupation forces demolished with bulldozers a house under construction in the town owned by citizen Nour Abu Shalzam, consisting of two floors and an area of more than 400 square meters.
The occupation forces had stormed the town since the morning, accompanied by several bulldozers, closed the entrance to the town, and prevented local residents from moving amidst intense firing of gas bombs, and demolished more than 40 shops and commercial structures.
Al-Zagharneh affirmed that these structures are a chain of stores and shops, which constitute a primary, if not the only, source of income for a large number of families.
