NABLUS, December 16, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained two Palestinian young men from the village of Salem, east of Nablus, at dawn on Monday, and raided a money exchange shop in the city.
Security sources told WAFA that several military vehicles stormed the village at dawn, raided homes, and detained Karim Walid Shehadeh and Mujahid Muhammad Awad, after raiding their parents' homes and vandalizing their contents.
They indicated that the occupation forces stormed the western area of the city, raided a money exchange shop near Zawata roundabout, and wreaked havoc on its contents.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Jericho at dawn on Monday, and raided the Daana exchange shops in the city and seized a sum of money.
Security sources told WAFA that the occupation forces raided the Daana family home in Amman Street in Jericho, and took local resident Ali Daana, his son and his nephew from their home to the Daana exchange shop in the center of the city, searched the shop and seized a large sum of money, without making any arrests.
