JERICHO, December 13, 2024 (WAFA) - Israeli forces and colonists Sunday destroyed crops belonging to Palestinian residents in al-Nuway'imah village, near Jericho.

Farmer Alaa Sami Dreeat told WAFA that three bulldozers, accompanied by Israeli soldiers and colonists, razed a farm belonging to him and his two brothers, destroying their main source of income.

The 40-dunum farm, located in an area classified as Area C, under full Israeli control, includes seasonal crops such as tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant.

The bulldozers also destroyed all water pipes and irrigation lines on the farm.

Dreeat further reported that an Israeli army officer demanded he cover the costs of the bulldozing operation.
