RAMALLAH, December, 9, 2024 (WAFA) – The official media condemned on Monday the occupation's direct shooting of the Palestine TV crew in Tubas governorate while covering the occupation's aggression on the city.

The official media held the occupation state fully responsible for the lives of its crews, and stressed that it will follow up on this issue with all relevant parties in international forums.

It also affirmed that the crew miraculously survived after the vehicle was directly hit by several bullets and its windows were shattered.

The official media stressed that the targeting, killing, and detention operations will not deter the official media cadres from performing their duties and obligations towards our people and their just cause, and exposing the occupation's practices and crimes.

It pointed out that these practices aim to conceal the truth and terrorize journalists and crews working in the field, coinciding with the comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

The official media called on the International Federation of Journalists to provide protection for journalists in light of the difficult circumstances experienced by the Palestinian people as a result of these practices and the continuation of the aggression, so that they can continue to convey the truth and expose the occupation and its crimes before the world.
