RAMALLAH, December, 4, 2024 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates warned of the dangerous consequences of the occupation government's decisions and its encouragement of the colonist' militias to commit more attacks against Palestinian citizens, their lands and their properties.
The Ministry said in a statement that this coincided with the first decision of the new Minister of the Occupation Army to cancel the administrative detention of one of the colonists who committed violations and attacks against Palestinian citizens and their properties, the latest of which took place in Hawara and Beit Furik near Nablus.
It also considered that the sanctions imposed by a number of countries on some extremist colonists are insufficient and did not deter or dissuade them from their terrorist practices in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
The Ministry further called for imposing deterrent sanctions on the entire colonial settlement system, and it is also following up on the colonists' violations with the relevant international institutions and all countries with the aim of implementing UN Security Council Resolution No. 2334 and other relevant UN resolutions.
