BETHLEHEM, November 29, 2024 (WAFA) - The Israeli occupation forces Friday evening closed the main road in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, according to a local official.
Rami Hammareh, the head of Husan Village Council, told WAFA correspondent that Israeli forces set up military checkpoints and closed the al-Matina and al-Sharfa areas at the eastern entrance of the village, in addition to the road leading to the town of Nahalin, and prevented vehicles from passing.
The occupation forces attacked residents with tear gas canisters, sound bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets, however, no injuries were reported.
Forces also closed the main road in the town of Taqou, southeast of Bethlehem, and prevented residents’ movement.
