Israeli forces demolish house of slain Palestinian near Hebron

HEBRON, November 27, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces demolished at dawn on Wednesday the house of a slain Palestinian the town of Idhna, west of Hebron.

WAFA correspondent said that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, with a large number of military vehicles accompanied by bulldozers, and deployed in Dhakhra area, and demolished the house of Muhannad Al-Asoud, 34, which consists of three floors fully equipped for housing with an area that exceeds 280 square meters, after besieging it.

The occupation forces imposed a military cordon on the area, set up military checkpoints, prevented citizens from moving, raided a number of nearby houses and climbed onto the roofs of some of them.

Last week, the occupation forces stormed Al-Asoud’s house for the third time, and handed his family a decision to demolish the houseafter they had notified them about three weeks ago of the demolition of the house.

At the beginning of September, the Israeli forces had raided the house, taken its measurements, and dug dozens of holes in its walls in preparation for its demolition.

Al-Asoud was killed on September 1st after the occupation forces surrounded the house he was in in the center of Hebron, where they showered him with a hail of bullets, fired a missile at him, and withheld his body.
