Occupation forces demolish house under construction in the Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, November 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation bulldozers began demolishing a cement house under construction in the village of Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley on Wednesday.

The head of Kardala village council, Ghassan Fuqaha, said that an occupation force accompanied by a heavy bulldozer stormed the village and began demolishing a cement house with an area estimated at 140 square meters, owned by local resident Ahmad Nasser Suleiman Fuqaha, under the pretext of not having a license.

He added that the occupation notified the house a few days ago of the demolition, and that the Israeli court rejected the appeal request submitted by the owner of the house to cancel the demolition decision.

According to the monthly report of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, "Occupation Violations and Colonial Expansion Procedures," the occupation forces carried out 1,130 attacks last month, while the colonists carried out 360 attacks.

The report added that the occupation authorities carried out 34 demolition operations during last October, which affected 45 facilities, including 12 inhabited homes, 6 uninhabited ones, and 19 agricultural and other facilities.
