NABLUS, November 12, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forcesTuesday  continued to raid on the archaeological site in the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus.

Sebastia Mayor Mohammed Azem told WAFA that the occupation forces raided the archaeological site on Monday evening, adding that confrontations erupted in the area's vicinity.

He pointed out that the occupation forces have been raiding the site repeatedly for four days, noting that "it seems that this is in preparation for the implementation of the military barracks project inside the site,"

Azem added that the occupation soldiers harrasses workers working inside the site, which forces them to leave it.
